The city of Newark, New Jersey is at an amazing crossroads. There are so many resources and hidden pockets of activity in this city, yet they are constantly overshadowed by the bustle of area universities and and a weighted reputation. With an emphasis on the existing Newark community, EXPERTS (longtime residents and workers from Newark, NJ) are encouraged to submit their own takes of life in this city. This user generated content aims to give an insider’s perspective of the Newark Experience! We want to add the human element and context to this great city, lacking in many other guide-sites available currently. Most importantly, we want to showcase and strengthen the already vibrant Newark, NJ community and its people.
